There really aren’t too many roller coasters in South Carolina. While Carowinds is close, Family Kingdom in Myrtle Beach is really the only place for them.

There are a few roller coasters in New Mexico! There’s nothing huge to ride, but there are a few small parks worth checking out.
There are a LOT of world-record-holding roller coasters in New Jersey! Plus all the amusement piers on the Jersey Shore.
Take a look at Miner’s Landing – the most tourist trappy spot in all of Seattle. But I still really enjoyed the Seattle Great Wheel and Wings Over Washington.
There are a few roller coasters in New Hampshire! Mostly at Canobie Lake Park. But there’s lots of options for kids and some great water parks!
