Like a Hershey’s Kiss, Hersheypark in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is compact, well-made, and nearly perfect. It’s a treasure of a park.
Visit Santa’s Workshop at the North Pole at the base of Pikes Peak! Open from mid-May to Christmas Eve, it’s free just to walk around.
Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park may not have the best roller coasters, but I love the cave tours and rides that hang you over the edge!
Lakeside Amusement Park, one of the US’s oldest amusement parks, is more than a little run down, but still worth stepping into the time warp.
